TokenTally is a static calculator + content site. We only capture the minimal analytics needed to ship a better tool. Anything sensitive—LLM prompts, credentials, payment data—never touches our infrastructure.

What we collect

Anonymous analytics events via Google Analytics 4 (page views, referrers, device class).
Server logs for uptime/security debugging (IP, user agent, timestamp).
Contact details you provide deliberately (email, name, message content).

What we don’t collect

We do not store prompt content, API keys, or billing secrets.
No third-party trackers or pixels beyond GA4—no Meta Pixel, TikTok JS, etc.
No cookies for advertising networks until AdSense approval, and even then only where required.

We currently use only the cookies that GA4 drops for anonymous analytics. If we add monetization partners or new tracking scripts, we’ll update this page and ship the relevant consent banner before they load.

Data retention

Server logs are purged every 30 days. Contact form submissions route directly to our shared inbox and are deleted on request.

Questions or removal requests

Email privacy@tokentally.net with the subject “Privacy request” and we’ll reply within 48 hours.

Legal basis

For EU/UK visitors, analytics run under legitimate interest. Contact submissions are processed under contract necessity—we only use details to reply.

Your rights

Access: request a copy of any personal data we store.
Deletion: ask us to erase contact submissions at any time.
Correction: flag inaccurate info and we’ll update it promptly.

Vendors & hosting

Vercel hosts the public site (region: US). Logs live 30 days for debugging.
Google Analytics 4 records anonymous traffic metrics.
Email replies are handled via Google Workspace; we don’t sync them anywhere else.
